Various Catchment Management Authorities

Catchment management authorities in Victoria are required to undertake an annual Board assessment in accordance with government guidelines. RMCG has been engaged by five authorities since 2011 on an ongoing basis to provide an independent assessment process typically involving interviews with Directors, an online survey, facilitation of Board workshops and development of advice on areas for improvement in Board performance and effectiveness.
