RMCG is assisting South East Water develop a business case for the water servicing component of the Fishermans Bend redevelopment in Melbourne. Fishermans Bend is the largest urban redevelopment project ever seen in Australia, and provides a great opportunity to explore the feasibility of integrated water management solutions. RMCG prepared the business case for Board consideration, applying the draft Integrated Water Management Cost-Allocation Guidelines prepared by RMCG for the Victorian Government. We are now working with South East Water and the Victorian Government to further progress decision-making on the Fishermans Bend IWM strategy.
